Opening up to my teammates has been so helpful. And our supervisor, Josh, has been so supportive and amazing in the consistent guidance he offers. It helps so much! Other than that, just trying to stay upbeat and positive. Virtual connection to people is definitely so much better than no human contact at all.

Compassion begins with yourself. Be good to yourselves. We may have days when we are handling our work obligations and family responsibilities like rockstars. Other days, not so much. Be OK with that and know that each day brings a new opportunity. :)
