Office of Equity, Social Justice, and Multicultural Education
I.D.E.A. Define and Apply Workshops Fall 2021 Quarter
We invite you to collaborate with Dr. Tabia Lee (Preferred Name: Lee, Pronouns: She/Her/Hers), De Anza’s new Faculty Director for the Office of Equity, Social Justice, and Multicultural Education, to define and apply important I.D.E.A. concepts (i.e., Identity and Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Equality, Access and Acceptance). Collective definitions lead to greater support for collective action. Let’s get started on working together to define what I.D.E.A. means to De Anza and share strategies and tools to elevate I.D.E.A. in our individual classrooms and learning community spaces. We hope to see you at our workshops; after registering you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the Zoom meeting:
